Default Card holder made from 6x6 page protector

Does anyone have the directions for the card holder that is made with 6x6 page protectors? From what I remember, the page protector is attached to cardstock and has a flap at the top with a ribbon handle. Sound familiar to anyone?

I found a link with instructions:

I loved these when I first saw them, but had forgotten about them until now!
