Hey Kathy, hope the combining is going super duper! Have you figured out how to combine and stamp at the same time? DH will be flying into Regina on Oct. 28, we pick up the moving van on the 29th, and head out on the 30th. I had been hoping to go to Lana's convention (I want a goodie bag!) but it's just not to be. I don't suppose she's going to start a LGS franchise in Texas, is she?

yup we're soaked out here also. Glad the rain let up for the Rolling Stones concert though. I have a few pumpkin pies to make for tomorrow but all I want to do is stamp my Christmas cards.

Good morning everyone, did you all have a great long weekend, eat lots of turkey--and now you're the one who's stuffed? That's me, now I'm going to have to work some of it off before the next big dinner!
We are getting beautiful sunny weather here, hope it keeps up, I need to clean out gardens!

Can't believe the weather here. Thanksgiving we were basking with 23c. Today it snowed! I feel like making tons of christmas cards now. I sent the envelope off a week ago. It was going to Carmen. Hope you have it by now. Unfortuneatly I used the address list to address the address sticker for the envelope as the guy at the post office sealed the envelope shut. It was only once it was sealed shut that I realized I had the list in my hand. I sent the list off in a seperate enveope the day after. (I had to go home and get a card and envelope to mail it in) so hopefully you have that too by now.

Conni didn't know you made pumpkin pie - Bryon says he wants some of that sent out....Yeah, I didn't get any pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving. Byron's sister made lemon and angel food. What no pumpkin pie or PEROGIES... Shouldn't complain I didn't have to make it. Really it was all good but no pie or perogies, can't wait for Christmas then there will be perogies...must make note!!!!

They don't do perogies in Texas! I will be so jealous of you Kathy! No Cheemos down south. :- P Well, they do have a weird brand of perogy where you spend $8 to get a bag of 12, but that's a little spendy.
I hope Carmen is busy having fun with the envelope!

Aunty Kath, I never made my pie yet, my mom just bought a few. As soon as I get around to making some I will be right out, maybe with your nest CTMH shipment.

OK Nancy my mouth is watering. You are now going to have give us the recipe...And yes, I agree at least once a week for perogies. I can't seem to make enough of them. My kids grab them up and take them home with them. I try to make at least 3 or 4 batches when I'm making but they never seem to stay long.
I agree with Nancy maybe Mel should be bumped up, Conni what do you think can we do this...

Just thought I would let you all know that I received the package yesterday - but the envelope with the addresses didn't arrive - so I won't be able to put it back in the mail until Monday afternoon at the earliest! There is some great things in there!!
NaNel is probably next, and I could probably drive it to her quicker than the mail (and probably cheaper!) but then what is the fun in getting a package in the mail???

Carmen you have to be like Melanie and me - we exchanged the last cdn. box over a cup of coffee. We had a perfect evening chatting and getting to know each other. Nancy looks like she would be a blast to visit. You two will figure it out, have fun.

Nancy, can you pm Carmen your addy and I can PM you mine, and the list can catch up to us from there? Serious, we don't have to wait for that one specific piece of paper do we, seeing as Conni has the master list that she can email to whomever needs it....??

I just want to let you all know about a little interuption in the order, Nancy will be sending the enve on to Melanie, and then Melanie will send it on to the next person after Nancy. I thought it would be nice if Melanie got in the at least one round before leaving us for the warmer weather, no snow, country.

Really don't feel bad about me being bump for you, I know you are moving to texas soon and I am very happy you get to play too. Although you might have wanted to wait until after me, I sure have a pile of stuff to add.

You all are too sweet!!! Thank you foodsgal for being so gracious, and Nancy you rock the rock rock! I would almost say to give it to my sister for my parents to pick up and bring out; they will be leaving PG on the 22nd and getting here maybe on the 23rd, and my sister lives up in Spruceland/College Heights/up on the hill someplace past all the big box stores and the old Mohawk gas station and those storage units. Not quite sure of the name. But my folks will be stopping at her place in PG if you would like to consider that option.

OK Mel, it is mailed!!! The nice man said it will be there Tuesday (maybe Monday-maybe!). I sent it express post because it cost the same as Carmens postage to send from Pr.George 7.92--in a brown envelope. There are a lot of goodies--enjoy
I'm sending good wishes to you for your packing and moving. Enjoy Texas and warmer weather! Let us know when you get settled
