Wow had to replace it already, I hope because you added so much stuff to it, not because Canada Post would have thrown it around and wrecked it! LOL

HI,
The envelope was in pretty rough shape- I got one with the bubble wrap-hoping it will last longer? Hopefully Canada Post will be more gentle....haha.

Hi everyone another update,
Envelope went in the mail on Friday afternoon (prob. won't be posted until Monday). It is on its way to Ontario. My sister is away for a month and will catch the envelope on the next run. (Jennifer L.). I added some stuff and hope someone likes it.

Thank you so much for keeping us posted! It's even funner to participate in the goodie envelope when the parcel doesn't fall into a black hole.

Gee I forgot about the envelope until this morning. My computer has been down :>( And boy did I miss you guys!!! You can't imagine how lonely it is without Splitcoast to wake up to....haha My husband was baling all day and night. He slept in the tractor so I didn't see him for close to a week. So Splitcoast is the next best thing and my computer and T.V. was down all at once. Scream very loudly!!!! But I did get some work done in my yard... Anyways where's the envie? Which town is it in? Can't wait, but this one is going to be hard to fill as I love my embellishments. Don't know if I can part with any - love them all....But will love to get some new ones also....

Hey Mel, missed ya too. You're right I did have my craft room but without a computer - it seems to be missing something, you know.. But yeh, I'm glad to be back. Are you going to convention on Nov. 3/4 at Lana's, Mel. You will probably be so busy at work again as always. See ya soon crazy Mel....maybe at Mike's...

Canadian Goodie Envelope
Hey guys, I am the culprit, I think. I just emailed Conni. I was wondering if this had ever gotten off the ground. I have been away for the summer and if the envelope was sent to me, it is likely sitting at home in mail. I have asked someone to look for me and see if I can get it up to me so I can deal with it. I apologize for being the tardy one and will let you all know as soon as I can get an answer at home. Peggy

I was at Mikes tonight getting a Coluzzle (I'm so bad, but my DH did his best to assuage my guilt over the purchase). I didn't see you there!!! They also had some CUTE argyle ribbon in the $1.29 bin, and they finally got the new dollar-fifty bin refilled for the next time you're in town. I got three spools of that ribbon, because I have no ribbon at all and need to buy multiples of it apparently! (I have actually outgrown my ribbon storage.)
I hadn't heard about the fall convention. If I am still in town I may well need a sanity break at that point! Thanks for letting me know about it!
And to tie this all in with the goodie envelope, maybe Lana will be having an event at about the time I get the envie! Then we can swap it there and flaunt our goodies at all the other scrappers.

Thanks Nancy for the wonderful compliments on my gallery. I really had fun making that baby pocket card. Actually, I have a lot of fun making all my cards and the time just zips by. I could make cards all day and night and forget about work, kids, grocercies, laundry etc...

Another beautiful day here! There is the feel of fall in the air, but it is so nice out. DH is off for a couple of weeks, so I will probably be spending time in the garden We are rearranging things this year to make the yard easier to look after.
You're welcome Lynne, and I know what you mean about time slipping by so fast when you're making cards! I try to do house things when ink is drying
Have a great Wednesday everyone.

Glad to hear it is glorious out in the Caribou, NaNel! It is nice enough in Regina, except that it is a little hot. Went to the Safeway today to get stocked up for when my mum, sister, and her young kids come to visit! This bachelor life is not for me, as bringing the groceries into my apt is a three-step process that takes ten minutes. I like it better when DH is here for me to boss!!!!
Still looking forward to the goodie envelope! I've been working on some cards this weekend that are kind of fussy but still surprisingly enjoyable! Usually I am a no-fuss, no-muss kind of crafter (love to crochet but hate to stitch pieces together, love to stamp but hate to colour in images). Have you gotten much stamping in this weekend?

Cariboo??
Nancy - where in the Cariboo are you - I am up in Prince George - not quite Cariboo but close enough! I am patiently waiting for my turn at the envelope - I pre-purchased some stuff at Michaels last time I was down there!!

Good Monday morning Ladies. The only stamping done this weekend was at a CTMH gathering I was invited to. We made 2 cards and of course I ordered (only) 2 little things
Carmen, I am actually in Quesnel. Not so far away! We go to Prince about once or twice a month. The next time I'm headed that way I'll send a note to see if you can meet me for coffee
I'm hoping someone can tell us soon where the goodie envelope is.

Ok, did everyone go somewhere for the long weekend? Hope you all had a good one. I love it when school goes back in--it seems to put everything right. I don't have kids or daycare anymore but it feels right somehow. Guess I should be teaching---not!

Sorry girls, I have been a no-show for a while, harvest season in Sk you know. Kathy and I have been busy in our combines, and so far neither of us has figured out how to get our computers in there with us and SCS and combine at the same time. As far as I can tell, Pegsmith still is where the envie is at, and I am waiting to hear from her. Sorry for the deplay, i know we are all excited to get our turns. Take care, hope for good harvesting weather, and talk to you all soon.

I got the envelop today...what a small world this is....the pkg was shipped from a town, 10 minutes away...and to think we met on an American website...as Grandma used to say "will wonders never cease!"
will have it in the mail on the weekend...it is going to Carman in B.C so not sure how speedy Canada post will be...
Have a great stamping weekend...I am gearing up for a garage sale, so if it is small enough whatever I find will go in the envelop...
