I think I said this a couple of time in this Thread!
Cause it is very likely that they did get some BAD Material.
It does happen!
I used to work in a Industrail Cleaning Supplies Factory.
And from time to time we would get a Truck load of Bad Material,
And we wouldn't know, until the customer started complainting and sending back the product.
Sure when they tested product for Ph balance it would pass all the other test.
But it just would do the job that it was suppose to do.
Just like other products that are out there for us to purchase, some have recalled them because of them being dangerous.
Just like the had the peanut butter recall.. cause the stuff was making other sick.
Sometimes things get screwed up.
Again I am not Knocking CTMH at all...Just stating that something could have happened to the processing of the material or the material was bad to begin with.
Other companies that use the same product might have also gotten their materical from the same company with could count for the other clear stamps having the same problem.
But if you feel that you have a problem with your stamps. Contact the company.
Send your stamps back to them and let them handle it.
Hope everything turns out good for you.
