fund raising help and ideas

hi everyone...

was wondering if anyone could help me....maybe you have even done something similar and could tell me how you did it....

i'm not sure how, but i'd like to hold a sat. afternoon stamping party/fund raiser for our church...there are alot of women in our small community who are stamping, or learning, or would like to learn....and our church could always use some extra $$....

anyone have any ideas? how do i make it a fund raiser? i don't expect to make millions, but ....

i'm not a demo., but do you think my demo could help? maybe a stamp camp or something...but, how do we make the $$....

I would check how other grousp have run fundraisers. Is it for a specific cause, or the church in general?

I know my downline is doing a scrapbooking workshop for teh Girl Scouts. The peple each pay 410, and she gets $5 for a 2 page layout, the GSA keeps the other $5. Also, any vendors selling there are donating a portion of profits from sales.

Perhaps a stamp camp and you charge an additional $5 over teh normal cost and the church keeps that $5?

I would love some ideas also!!! My 17 year old niece is going on a mission to India this summer and she has to raise a little over $4000. I would love to be able to help her!!

I realize you are probably think SU! fundraiser....but FYI Tupperware gives a 40% profit on their Fundraisers. I am a TW manager and would actaully give a 50% profit to your fundraiser held with me. You would earn 40% from Tupperware and I would be donating 10% to your fundraiser. PM me if you are interested. This applies to anyone interested
