Lately I find it hard to get inspired to make any cards. So I have been going through my favorites and casing cards so I have some on hand. It seems that is the only way I have had time to make anything. Does anyone else do this? Now it is my goal to case all of the cards in my favorites. I put them there for a reason right?
I waited last minute to make mother's day cards. I needed 3 of them. I went into the stamp set "essence of love" picked out three different cards and "cased" them. Had my cards done in no time and in the mail on time!
There is no reason why you can't go into your Favs or the stamp set gallery to case to get inspiration. That is why they are there! Sometimes we need that help.
But just remember when you "case" a card to give credit were credit is due. I did not post my cases to my gallery as I did not feel comfortable doing so, but some people do post case cards.

I case my cards, too. However, I found that the Wed. Card Sketches here are great on layouts and you can use your own color combo and papers! After 4 years I'm finally progressing!!! LOL.
I just cased some faves today myself. Sometimes I forget they are there and recently went through them for ideas. Now I remember why I favorited them in the first place!
Design ideas from others keep us inspired when our own creative well dries up! Just don't publish them as your own, give credit where credit is due, and try to include your own twists to the design if you can. :-)
I do try to make them somewhat my own and I never publish them or put them in a gallery, just for use at cards for friends and family. I wish I had more time but sit down and come up with all of the ideas on my own, but I just don't. So I figure at least this way I can create!
I pretty much CASE 99% of my cards. I don't sell them so I don't feel bad. I don't have all the same stuff so mine are a little different. Sometimes I am tired of flower cards and make mine into a coffee type card using the same ideas. Thank goodness for other people's blogs.
alot of times I don't cease cards and I'm looking thru the gallery or blogs and find that my cards look the same as others. When I do cease cards I do give credit.
