Looks as if they may have covered a paper cup in DP and added the pleated paper and handle.

When I seen this in the mini catty I thought the same thing that it was a cup covered with DP paper.

Ya know, if it wasn't for you ladies, I'd be living in the dark ages. I've been on the SU web page and haven't seen this mini-catty. My demo didn't send me one...Yup, without you I'd be living in the dark ages!

Just as an FYI, you can't order out of the Holiday Mini until September 1. Hard copies of the mini catalog haven't yet been sent out to customers yet. As far as I know, I don't even think any demonstrators have even received a hard copy yet. The electronic version was *just* released in the last day or two.

Could you cut a paper cup open and use it as a template? Haven't tried it yet, but might. :) MaggieSt

Hi, Jeannine. :)

Lay an item shaped like this on its side, and as you roll it across a piece of scratch or construction paper, use a pencil to follow the shape. Do this with both the upper edge of the cup/bucket and the lower. Take your time, and don't hurry through it. After you trim it out, you can continue to trim and make adjustments until it is a perfect fit. Use this as your pattern or template, and trace against card stock.

HTH, and, this is just a gentle suggestion, but:

Typing in all caps implies shouting in netspeak (hard on the eyes), so you might want to release that caps button, so more folks would be inclined to read your post and assist you. :D

And, I would avoid posting your private email address on public forums where spammers can get a hold of it and bombard your inbox with all sorts of unwanted emails . . .

;)

And what does DP stand for? Is it just another code name for patterned paper? Thanks!

DP - Deco Podge aka Modge Podge. I prefer to use Gel Medium by Golden.

speanburg4 10-07-2007 06:21 PM

Actually, in this case I think they mean Designer Paper.
