Default papertrey set-stupidest question every?

You know that book in the green thumb set? Ok, this is probably the dumbest quesiton I've ever asked. But I can't figure out that boot. I love the toe part...that it is separate and you can stamp it differently than the rest of the boot. BUT, what is that stamp at the top of the boot?? It kinda looks like a handle? A lock? I don't know?? And I hafta know!!

Some rain boots have little things you grasp to put it on. I think that is what they are.

yup, think of it as rubber loops at the top to pull the boot on. My boys got rain boots at target this year, and theirs have pull on loops.

Yup what the other's have said is right - it's the "rubber pull on loop". I saw a pair of light pink rubber boots at a local store the other day that had them (and if they were in my size they SO would have been mine!!!) and they were SO cute!!
