Default No Pearl Ex, but...
...I have lots of shimmery eyeshadow that I'm not using. And it's the loose powder kind, not the cake shadow.

Can I use this instead of Pearl Ex? And what do I use to seal it with?

Just thinking that I really need to clean out my makeup drawer...

Try it and let us know. You can alway use a light coat of hairspray to seal.

My nieghbors (about 10 years old) did that, it worked!

I think hairspray or enamel spray would seal it.
