I recently received my new set of Fancy Flexible Phrases. So excited, but....I discovered that 2 phrases are mounted on each block. Can anyone suggest a logical pairing of the short and long phrases for each block? I am sure that some clever someone has come up with a logical pairing of the best 2 phrases that go together. Your help would be most appreciated.
There are several threads on this, if you do a search. I mounted mine alphabetically and I ran off a copy of the sticker sheet to keep in the lid of the stamp case so I can tell at a glance if that word is in the set. This works really well.
OMG mounting them was horrible!!! There are sooo many of them and they are sooo small. I put one word on each side of the block where the rubber normally goes then the stickers on the flat sides. So all the stickers had to be cut down to fit also. Since there are soooo many words it was a pain having to find the right sticker for each stamp. I can't remember how long exactly it took me, but it was waaaaaaaaay too long!
I paired mine by like words, holidays together, love words together, etc... When I put them in the case the stickers show on the top and the bottom of the box so I can flip the box upside down to see the other words. I made sure that they are all facing the same direction so I wouldn't have to read them upside down.
If I had known what a pain they are to mount I wouldn't have bought them.. I haven't even used them yet. :(
after I mounted mine I took a piece of card stock the size of the lid, rounded off the corners, then stamped the two phrases together that were on each stamp, this way I can see at a glance which stamp I want for which phrase. I paired mine as logically as I could then mounted like others, one on the big side sticker on top, one on the top side sticker on side.

I knew it would take a while to mount them, but doing it like I did it I think it only took about an hour. I mounted both of the stickers on one of the handle sides, facing opposite ways. That way I can see them all.

Sorry, guess I don't know how to highlight part of a post - the first paragraph in my post is quoted from someone else. The second paragraph is my feelings.

I did not want to double mount mine in any way. I bought wooden blocks and a case from someone on SCS who doesn't mount her stamps. Now I have two boxes of this set, because half are in one case and half in the other.
That is exactly why I avoided buying those sets... Amazing to zany, Fancy Flexibles, so on.. I figure I could type up on word if I want that small and then I rely on RGB color chart. Works for me and it's hecka cheaper that way and you have unlimited choices of word.
