I bought a retired SU set off of ebay and it arrived this weekend ..... the lady had copied the stamped images onto vellum and then ran the vellum through the xyron machine and mounted it to the top of the stamp case. It looks soooo nice AND anyone using you stamps can tell at a glance what goes where
What a great idea! I had a lot of positive experiences buying SU sets from EBay, and only 2 negative ones...What's the seller's name in case I want to bid sometime? TFS
I've seen this done and I've wanted to do my stamps this way but haven't had time.
Another idea I have seen is someone will stamp the images onto vellum cut them out and put the loose vellum images inside the case for easy masking later on!
(I haven't had time to do that either but its a cool idea.)
I copied the images myself and put the loose paper into the case BUT everyone kept taking the loose sheet OUT of the box SOOO I**really** like the idea of running it through the xyron and sticking it right to the top of the box so it wont *get lost* kwim
