Best liquid glue?

I have another question but about adhesives. I have always used the tape runners, most say permanent, some say "dot" and then there is just regular. I've tried different brands. I have a problem that after a while some of them just don't last. I watch so many tutorials on Youtube, etc. and so many of these great stampers use liquid glue. I hear a lot about Cosmic Shimmer Dries Clear and I am assuming that is just a push for that brand but, is there some particular brand that is "inexpensive" that works well for you. I do use the little glue dots on some things and they do hold down surprisingly well. I just need something really good to hold layers together. I matt a lot. Thanks so much!

I like Zip Dry and Beacons 3-in-1 glues. I also like Sobo white glue. I haven't tried Tombow Multi glue, but a lot of people on this board swear by it.

I use Aleene's Tacky Glue for just about everything. Certainly cards I made years ago are still holding together!

Tombow Mono Multi. I really like it. I use it for everything.

Thanks ya'll. With the Aleene's, it's so thick, do you brush it on? I would love something that is pretty thin that can just easily be put down about like you would use the tape runners. Just nozzle to paper.

Tombow Multi is great!!!!

ScraPrefect Best Glue Ever is great because you can get tiny dots of glue from the narrow nozzle.

I apply the Aleene's straight from the nozzle unless it's for a very fine detail, in which case I squeeze a little out and use a cocktail stick for applying it. But for layering, definitely from the nozzle.

I use both Tombow Mono Multi and Aleene's Quick Dry Tacky Glue--love 'em both.

I bought a couple of small plastic bottles with a nozzle and cap. You cut the nozzle to any size opening you want. I cut mine as small as possible, then transferred the Aleene's into that. I can make glue lines almost as thin as a human hair. Both glues seem to hold up really well, although I think the Tombow is stronger (but more expensive). Before I discovered those two glues, nothing seemed to hold for very long.

I mostly use glue dots for attaching embellishments.

I like zip dry but I LOVE the teeny tip on the Tombo mono multi.

Another fan of Tombow Mono Multi. When I first started cardmaking, I used double sided tape to hold my layers together, then went to Tombow Mono Multi, and then found the wonderful ATG gun!

I still love Mono Multi and use it for small pieces that I can't easily use my ATG on.

Art Institute Dries Clear is all I have used for years. Nothing ever fell off, it's not so thick making it easy to use and I have even glued metal, wood and everything else on my cards and pages. I've used this product for 6 years now and nothing else matches it. Hope this helps.

I like Tombow Mono Multi for tiny delicate diecuts, Zip Dry for 3D items because it gives you a little wiggle room, but...

... I absolutely love Perfect Paper Adhesive by US Artquest: Robot Check

I get mine at Michael's with a coupon.

Mono multi green lid....best stuff ever!
Blessings.

Had to plug ScrapHappy Sheer Glue from The Rubber Cafe. It's my favorite glue. It dries clear and tacky so you can even make your own glue dots. LOVE IT!!

I use ScrapFusion glue by Ivy Hollow. It has a need nose top, goes on thin, dries clear and the price is reasonable. After you purchase the 2fl oz, you have the bottle and can purchase the 8 oz refill!

I think I use the same as Nancy..... Art Institute Dries Clear (I actually think it says Glitter Glue on the label) and I love this stuff! I use it for everything! I have the little metal tip so I really use very little.
I have NEVER had a problem with this stuff. I have lots of tape runners, dots, hermafix, the horrible SU one (forgot the name but they also sell refills for it) and probably lots more but it all just sits now. Loving the Art Institute Clear Dry!

I love, love, love Tombow Multi, green lid. I get great wiggle room and only have to hold what ever together for a few seconds when using 3D items. Don't know what I ever did without this stuff.

Tombow Mulit glue, green lid, here too!!!
