Pricing when ordering SU stamp set

I am trying to place an order for the first time through my demos website, who is very ill and can't do classes at this time. Why is it that it wants to charge me 28.83 for the Just Beachy stamp set? :confused:When I look at the Mini catalog the price is 25.99 (without a demo). I thought it was cheaper if you go through a demo?

I typed in all of my info and credit stuff and then it say's " sorry we are having trouble with our website, check back later."

One reason I hate ordering through the internet.

Ok now it keeps saying this:
Only the characters A-Z, a-z, hyphens, apostrophes, spaces, and numbers (0-9) may be entered in the Billing Address 1 due to UPS regulations.

I have typed in my address the same way I always type it so I don't know what the big deal is. Could it be because I only have a five digit zip code?

If you're ordering directly from SU! without going through a demo's personal website, it actually charges more than if you order from a demo's site. (hard to explain but the website should look like this: http://www.stampinup.net/esuite/home/YOURDEMO... where your demo's name is at the end)

The warning about alpha-numeric is actually completely a UPS thing, and not SU!... the UPS labels that are generated do not accept non-alpha numeric.

Just make sure if you live on Oak St. that you type Oak St without the period or whatever after it. It will still make it there just fine.

That is what is puzzling me because it is charging me more going through my demos website by 3 dollars. It is backwards and showing a cheaper price WITHOUT my demo.

I will change the address as I did type RD. with a period.

Did you get the price to come up right, yet? I just got on my SU! website and the price was correct.

If you went to the SU site and put in your username and password, the site displays the name of your demo, but this is not considered going through you demo's website even though her name is there. You actually have to go to her SU website and click the shop button from there. I had a lot of trouble placing orders until I figured this difference out. I hope it works for you.
