Gawd! It took forever. I FINALLY uploaded my "cased" card. Here are my next lessons:
1. Put your contacts in when taking the picture.
2. Remember that not everyone tilts their head to the side when looking at things.
3. Learn to work a scanner and not call it "that thingamajiggy that takes pictures of pictures"
4. Cursing at the screen does not make the picture upload faster.
5. Get rid of dial-up Internet access
6. Stop buying stamps to afford to get rid of the dial-up Internet access
7. Stop looking at the gorgeous original card
8. Learn the names of the stamp pads and just because your fingers got really red, doesn't mean that is the name of the ink pad
9. Learn the names of the techniques used instead of calling it Post-It magic
10. Celebrate with another margarita and attempt to use margarita salt in place of dazzling diamonds on my next card.
See my gallery for my first card that I did by "myself" even if I did case it. I love my SU Demo because she always has the card stock cut and is always right there to help! It's different when you and the two cats are trying to do it alone! : )
TFL and I hope to get better and work up to my original work!
You are tooooo Funny!! I will come help you. Your job is to supply the mararitas!! SMILE!!!
