Default Battle of the Bouquets

Bodacious or Mixed??

Please list Pros and Cons if you are aware of any!!
(and vote in the poll)

Please notice, BOTH is not an option--but if you feel that is the ONLY way to go--tell me why

When the catty first came out, I couldn't STAND either of them. Now (eating humble pie), I've seen so many beautiful examples....I'm leaning towards Bodacious.

I'm a bodacious girl - and I like the classy brass stensil that matches this set.

Both is definitely the answer.

I love how the quick and funky cards you can make with Bodacious Bouquet. Plus, it is fun and new. The classy brass template is another big bonus!

But, I voted for Mixed Bouquet since it is so universal. You can make wedding cards, sympathy cards, birthday cards, thinking of you, etc... It is more elegant looking and that rose is to die for!!

Bodacious is new, everyone likes new but Mixed wasn't available for a long time so it's kind of new to a lot of poeple.
Any way I love both but if you can only get one, Mixed is more versatile. It can be casual or elegant or funky or shabby chic ect. You can use the outine for faux cloisonne(sp?) and it has those solid stamps too.

I voted Bodacious, because it has the classy brass template (God that is a horrible name, usual anything called classy isn't). But I have both on my ever-growing wish list.

Boy am I in the minority. I didn't vote because I really don't like either. I will stick to watercolor garden, terrific tulips, looks like spring etc...

Anybody else care to share their opinion?!?
BTW--Olivia's Mom, none of them is sure and option, too. ;

These two are just so different than my current florals--that I thought I would bite.

I love Bodacious! I had gotten Mixed when it first came out and it just wasn't me. I didn't care for the looks that I was creating.
Here are a couple from my gallery of Bodacious:

Inquiring minds want to know. I was sooo looking forward to mixed B coming back since I missed it in the mini, then... darn... another choice. Right now the poll is 50/50! Come on gals, you aren't helping me decide! I'd love to do both but oh those stinkin groceries keep getting in the way of my stampin fun!

I have Mixed Bouquet- got it last summer. I loved it then, but I have not really used it since. If you are more of a watercolour-er (ist?) then this is the set for you. It lends itself well to being coloured in, but it still works well as a solid stamp set.
If you like solid stamp sets, have an easier time using them, or don't like colouring so much, then this is the one for you. It's much neater, more modern, and coordinates somewhat with the new chipboard flower. I do not have this one, but I imagine I will eventually

Hi Juliana,
I have Mixed Bouquet and I love it. I think it's very versatile. I've made everything from very funky cards to serious sympathy cards using it.It lends itself well to so many different styles and moods. I like the look of Bodacious , but I don't own it and I don't think its as versatile as MB.Just look at both galleries and decide which you like the best. Both are beautiful sets and I don't think you can go wrong with either. Let us know what you decide.
Love and prayers,
Janet

I had to have Bodacious and I am glad I have it. I have wanted Mixed since it was in the mini. Hated the swirly flower at first...now it's one of my favorites from that set. I will eventually get that one, but I chose Bodacious first. Just love the imperfection of the petals for that set.

Although I do not own either one, I'm gonna go with Bodacious when the time presents itself.

Wow! The vote is neck and neck! I voted for Mixed Bouquet. I have both but haven't used my Bodacious Bouquet yet. I LOVE Mixed and use it all of the time! You can get so many different looks from this one set.

I like Bodacious more, but I also struggle using it. I'm not used to larger bold images like the set has. There are some awesome samples using it though
