When you copy another person's ideas, you are casing.

It stands for "Copy and Steal Everything"

although I like to think it is "Copy and Share Everything"

I just asked this same question on another board, the reply was
Copy and Steal Everything

and someome liked
copy and selectively edit

I like your copy and share everything
