Default What's your favorite online photo processor for digi prints

I'm debating between York & Winkflash. I read a review that rates York the best. Winkflash is #5. I like that Winkflash offers photos to be printed 4X5.3 - isn't that how your digi photos should be printed due to pixel size stuff-not 4X6? Winkflash is $.12 per photo, but $.99 shipping. York is $.10, but $13 shipping for the 376 photos I want. It's $5 cheaper at Winkflash. I've ordered from York before and was plenty happy....just wondering who you order from, what you pay, and how happy are you with the quality?

Thanks!

Vicki

I tested out Snapfish, Ofoto and another popular website that I can't remember right now. I uploaded exactly the same photo to each site and ordered a 4x6 photo. I compared all of the photos and found that Snapfish.com did the best job and actually was the cheapest of the three at only 10 cents per photo.

I also have the Epson PictureMate printer that prints excellent 4x6 prints. I used the online place to make eight photo albums from our wedding pictures for all of the bridal party including the grandmas and parents. It just saved me SO much time ordering the photos than printing them.

I use Winkflash all the time and have been happy with them. The time shipping can be a problem is right around the holidays. A few months ago Wendy at www.scrapsupply.com did a review of online processing in her monthly newsletter. I'm not sure if they keep archives of the newsletter but if they did, it was interesting and well done.

I vote for Shutterfly. The quality is awesome, plus I love all the edits, adding borders and captions. I can get more than a bit carried away at Shutterfly!

I have used Ofoto & Walmart in the past but like Snapfish the best. Great quality and price.
