Default encore ink in wheel cartridge

Has anybody used encore metalic ink in an uninked wheel cartridge? does it dry to fast to roll with. I have a friend that whats to know as soon as possible.

I haven't tried it in the cartridge; however, I did ink up my wheel from the ink pad & that worked great. The pigment ink seems to go a lot further than dye ink for wheels. I know I didn't answer your questions, but I hope it helps a bit.

I do use Encore in an empty wheel cartridge. It works great ... like versamark in a wheel cartrigde it does dry out much more quickly so I keep the cartridge & reinker together in a ziploc to help keep it moist. HTH!
