For quite some time I have been saving for a Bosskut Gazelle and finally looks like this month I have enough. Scrap-Mart has the Gazelle for $370 which is $60 lower than the next lowest price I could find. So I would like to buy it from there but I have never shopped there before. Has anyone purchased any big ticket items from Scrap-Mart before? What are her shipping times like? Was it easy to return any item that didn't work correctly? Would you buy from her again?

I order my Unity in-store kit of the month through them. Good prices. Free shipping on stamps and something else. Never had a return. Items shipped quickly. Sorry I couldn't be much more help.
I order from them pretty regularily. The shipping times are really good. I've never had to return anything I ordered online. They always have a booth at the CKC Convention I go to. Great stuff!! Last year I accidentally picked up 2 Nesties because they were stuck together. Once I realized it I went back to the booth and they gave me a refund without any problems. Very helpful.
They also do a 40% off one item monthly coupon if you sign up for the newsletter. It's 40% off the regular retail price. There are a couple restrictions but I didn't see the Gazelle listed. It's worth a shot! You also get free shipping on all Bosskut products.
I saw the 40% off coupon - I emailed Scrap-Mart with about 10 questions and I included whether or not I could use that. I know they can't email me back until next week (it IS the weekend after all *chuckle*) but I'm on pins and needles to know the answers LOL! I'm hoping the 40% off is applicable because if my sketchy math is near correct, that's about $340 or so. The next cheapest place was $430 so I would be getting a TOTAL bargain!
Hopefully they get back to me next week, and if it is all a go, I will finally be a Gazelle owner! I'm planning on calling her Jazzy (yeah, I name my machines. It's ok. I know I'm odd. I like it that way! )
I have always had good dealings with them. THey were very prompt in their mailings and my items arrived quickly. I found out about them from a convention. The man gave me a business card with their website. They are very competitive in their pricing.
(never sent anything back though....their website may have some info about their return policy....for something that size, you may have to deal with the factory --i.e. the product manufacturer if there is some defect. Most large items have at least a year warranty)
I've ordered from Scrap-Mart a couple times and they've been great. I haven't ordered any big ticket items, but I've placed a couple pretty large orders.
The prices are good, they've got good sales and the 40% coupon, and their customer service has been great.

cardsbynikki, I recently ordered from scrap-mart (my first time) on Wednesday and got my order today!!! I'm very happy with them and would go there again. I too had some questions for them so I called them and got my answers instantaneously.
I have and they are WONDERFUL!!! And their customer service is so great I Never place an order online, I call it in because they are so sweet ;) I once place a $130 order (HUGE for me) and received my order in 4 days I'll always be loyal to them for that and again, the great service - plus they're very nice.

Well so far no reply at all from Scrap-Mart. I think maybe she might be on vacation? I'm not sure. But I don't want to order until I know she will answer questions, and I'm afraid it won't be on sale by the time she does...have I ever mentioned I can be impatient sometimes?
Have you tried calling? Maybe the email box is full?
I have a really difficult time talking on the phone but might try tomorrow and see if I can't get through enough that they know what I'm asking. Hopefully I really want the Gazelle! LOL!
I called today and no answer, but then realized that my inability to figure out time zones correctly bit me again, and I think it might've been after 5 their time (honestly, I have no clue if it was or not. They're in Oklahoma and I called at 3:30 Arizona time)
So now it will have to wait until Monday. Maybe this is a lesson in patience?
It turned out my email wasn't working correctly and the emails they were sending me were bouncing. Linda was finally able to get her reply to go through to me, she thoroughly answered my questions! I had a problem placing the order (my computer, not their fault) and they very kindly checked over the phone for me to make sure my order went through. It did, and right then they verified payment and used the coupon. While I was still chatting with whoever was on the phone (I forgot to ask her name! te-he!) my order confirmation came through.
I am *amazed* at the wonderful customer service offered by Scrap-Mart. Not only that, but I was able to use the 40% off coupon, and my Bosskut Gazelle cost me only $317! I can't believe it! What a steal that is! The next cheapest price I was able to find online was $430 so $110 cheaper at Scrap-Mart plus I get the $25 gift card for images from Bosskut to use in my new Gazelle. I paid $350 for my whole order, since I added the embossing blade, the embossing mat and the vinyl blade.
I would highly recommend their store to others, and my order hasn't even gotten here yet.
Linda *did* tell me she can only accept the coupon code on the Gazelle through the end of this month because Bosskut has asked her to stop allowing customers to use it on the Gazelle. If you are on the fence, I'd recommend getting it as soon as you can so you can use the 40% code and get it for $317. There is also free shipping!
In this day and age, I am always ecstatic when I find an awesome company with awesome customer service. Thank you to all of you as well, for helping with my questions. Now I just have to wait for that Gazelle to get here. I'm so excited!
Thanks Meg! I'm just so excited I can't hardly sit still - don't know how I'll manage to wait until it gets here! LOL! I'm already clearing a place right next to my monitor for Jazzy's new home. And I still have a gift card for Amazon from Christmas - I'm gonna buy vinyl galore!
Try to get ahead on your housework and maybe put a couple meals in the feeezer, cuz when that baby arrives, you're not going to want to stop and do stuff like laundry and feed people!
