Anyone order from Oh My Crafts before?

I am thinking I will not be dealing with them again. I am waiting for a B/O of one small bottle of ditress ink. They also charged my credit card twice for an order (not really their fault but they did not put the credit back to my card soon enough and I was charged on that card. If my credit doesn't show up this month I will be contacting my credit card company and get it resolved that way. Sometimes a great deal is not a great deal.

To my my long, long story short, I ordered the Cricut Design Studio and Jukebox and they charged me instantly and said they were shipping out the next week. Then they said:
"Sorry, we're back ordered until the next week."
And so on, until 6 weeks later after I received yet another "I'm sorry but..." email, I emailed them, and DEMANDED my merchandise. Because I had PAID for it 6 weeks before and for them to be still Owing me my stuff but had taken my money (after they had clearly stated that for 6 weeks it would ship out), that this was now considered Theft. I felt so bad that it had come to that, but I stated that if it wasn't sent in a week I was cancelling my order (over $130). Lo and Behold I received it THREE days later!!! *ugh *
I have never bought from them since and will never again because of all the excuses I'm sorry to say..
