when can you start buying from the summer mini.is it May1st.Just curious has anyone got theres yet.

It's someone who buys stamps they didn't normally like at first,only to see it in Split Coast Stampers gallery in a different perspective.
Spring sale goes until May 31st, so I'm assuming you can purchase from summer on June 1st. As a demonstrator, I think you can purchase early(?) but I don't know when that goes into effect. I'm brand new and still trying to learn all of the "rules"! :-)
Julie, I'm confused.
We started seeing samples of the spring mini January 15, so I kind of assumed that we'd start seeing samples from the spring mini about... now?

Until we are able to order them, we can't produce samples for them. Demo'rs can't pre-order until May 1st.
The spring mini samples you saw prematurely in January 15 were because demonstrators that attended Leadership in January received Spring Mini sets as a gift, and some won a few of the others as door prizes. The attendees at Leadership did not even get to preview everything in the Spring Mini catalog, and had to wait until those were shipped out to the entire demonstrator base one month prior to their public release to the consumer.
All demonstrators that did NOT attend Leadership, and therefore did not receive any of those Spring sets, had to wait to pre-order those Spring Mini sets until February 1st. The Spring Mini was released to the public for ordering beginning Mar 1st.
SU!'s typical practice has been to allow demonstrators to pre-order (one of each set only) one month prior to the official public launch of each mini catalog's time period.

bummer I can't wait to see what is in the summer mini.I am hoping that maybe su took some of the ideas here from the list and are using them o.k. a lot of them.I really think this is going to be a WOW! CATALOG THIS YEAR.Probably the best ever we have seen in a long time.

Do many of you that are demo's keep the sets now once the mini is over? I understand they wont be in the new catalog or most wont be in the catalog and a demonstrator isn't suppose to demo anythign that isnt available.

Some demos keep them, some sell them. Personally, I keep the ones I love whether they retire or not, or make it the new catty or not. I only sell what I either tire of or will no longer use.
I'm still enjoying all the sets I got in the Spring mini! Long Time Friend is wonderful and I will be keeping it! May end up selling or trading Looks Like Spring.
