Default How do you enlarge?

I'm flipping through a magazine right now and there are some really cute templates but most of them have to be enlarged by a certain percentage. How do you do that? On a copier? A scanner? HELP!

I have always done it on a copier. There is a place on the copier to enter the percentage.

If you have graphics software (photoshop, fireworks, or even paint that comes with all MS operating systems), you can enlarge the image on your computer.

Default enlarging

Copy machines have enlarging features but if you feel nervous about this, you can take it to a copy shop (Staples, Kinkos) and they will do it for you and try until they get it right!
If you have a nice library nearby, they might also help you the first time.
