Default Folded Flower Technique

I'm looking for the web-site/blog that I saw posted here on SCS. The lady had a week of flowers and gave directions each day for a new technique. The flower I'm searching for used two pieces of cardstock 11 inches long and about 2 inches wide. They were folded in the center and then each side was folded back again and then one end was folded. Next the top was cut into a point (from each side to the center). Next you unfolded the cardstock and cut halfway up from the bottom on certain folds on one piece and then from the top to the center on the same folds on the other strip. These were then "notched" together @ the slits and the centers brought together. Finally the two ends were taped to each side of your card and when it opened, the flower opened up. I realize this is a horrible description of what I'm looking for, but if anyone recognizes it, please respond. I thought I ear-marked the blog but I can't find it.

Thanks in advance.

This sounds interesting but I don't have a clue. Bumping in hopes that someone will be able to identify it.

Can't help with the blog - but I have a YouTube video favorited that I think shows what you want:

Amazing Flower PopUp
