When I first began thinkering and inkering around with Stampin Up (although I had ordered a set from them probably over 10 years ago, I just kind of began getting more 'into' them a couple of yrs ago...), I don't know why in blue blazes I got allllllll this Gable Green.....
It is totally not my color, and even tho I have messed around with colors I normally do not use before I somehow end up finding ways to use them...but I have messed around with this (okay, just looked and drawn total blanks....) and when I poke around the internet, I really do not see many cards for inspiration nor color combos that appeal to me using it.....I flipped through the gallery here as well using the search feature and did not see much....(yea it is not a popular color I know, but I was hoping to find some inspiration...)
I did see a card that I "think" might have used it on etsy, it combined it with what looks like chocolate chip and very vanilla (when in doubt, go neutral, right..??? )
But I got the DSP, the ink, the cs....the whole she-bang........
Not sure WHAT I was thinking...(But I think if I remember correctly it had just been on clearance really cheap and I was looking to just play around and practice with stampin...)
But now I've got this boatload of gable green, and while, yes, I could try to sell it on ebay or etsy, I kind of want to play around with it.....any ideas on what colors it looks good with other than the neutrals...? or which DSP besides the gable green itself...?
I know what is gonna happen---I will play around with it and end up hating it anyway, or if I sell it I will suddenly see cards that make me want to use it....(long shot there, but anything is possible and that is just my luck!! ;) )
I've used Gable Green with Pretty in Pink and Summer Sun. Used markers to color directly on stamped flower images and then matted the image with the Gable Green. I think it worked nicely for both.

I love, love, love Gable Green. It goes great with barely banana if you have any. Of couse it looks good with Choc. Chip too. And someone mentioned Tempting Turquiose too, it looks great with that!
Yes Beaddict , I bet that it would go with Melon Mambo to! I'll have to try that combo.
