Default Anyone with adobe photoshop elements 5.0?

That can run me though how to add a watermark? I have the watermark as a file and the photo as a file just can't figure out how to layer them  Thanks in advance!

I would:
-open both files
-select the move tool
-drag and drop the watermark file onto the photo
-flatten image
-save as jpg
