Default Do you buy 12x12 CS or 81/2 x 11?

And why do you prefer one over the other?

I buy 8 1/2 x 11 mostly. I guess my mind is just geared that way for cards. I am ordering 12 x 12 in preparation to start scrapping. I also use the designer papers all the time.

I buy both, but for individual colors, I get 8.5X11, unless I plan on using a color a lot - my youngest daughter's favorite color is pink, so I do have 12X12 Pretty in Pink for her scrapbooks.

I usually buy 8 1/2 x 11, but have started getting more and more in 12x12 because of variations in card sizes

I agree... I'm in cardmaking mode, so I generally buy 8 1/2 by 11, unless I have a special scrapbooking project in mind.

8.5 x 11 - because I demo a ton of cards. I do buy 12x12 but just not as much.

I use both. 12x12 for scrapbooking backgrounds/titles/borders and odd size cards. 8.5x11 for cards and photo mats. I have more 8.5x11 than 12x12.
