Where did I see this chocolate bar cover?

I can't remember where I saw this but figure someone out there will have seen this "card" . Its a chocolate bar cover with the letters PMS on it but the PMS didn't mean pre men syndrome. It meant something else. If anyone knows where I saw it can you please let me know. It was sooo cute and would go great with a Bella Stamp I jsut got. Thanks
