Question Another Demo question

Ok, I've been bitten by the bug to be a hobby demo...after reading all of these posts about the free stamp pads it sure is hard to resist.

My question is can you swap say a stamp set for a hodgepodge kit instead?

I have a wish list growing that isn't included in the starter kit...and I have quite a few of the items that are in the starter kit. Help!

Thanks ladies, you're awesome!

No.

You can swap a stamp set for a stamp set of same or lesser value.

You can swap out a color of marker for a different color of marker. (Like, if they give you Bold Brights, you can swap out for Earth Elements, or if they are individual, you can swap Real Red for Cameo Coral, etc.)

It's "like" for "like", and at same or lesser price point only.

Is that clear as mud?

One thing I'd also like to say, that having 2 of an item, as a demo'r, isn't necessarily a bad thing!

I have 2 of certain items--especially tools-- so I can keep one on my work surface in my studio, and the other is packed into my workshop tote so I don't "forget" it when I go off to do a workshop . . . Yes, it happens, and I hate when that happens . . .

However, if you find you do not need 2 of a particular item, the new one makes a most excellent gift or door prize at your events, so it still has great value because it isn't something extra you had to pay for out of your own pocket, you see?

If you really intend to be strictly a hobby demo, maybe you could find another demo (your upline perhaps?) who would be willing to trade the business supplies in the starter kit for a hardware hodgepodge kit.
