Default Another beautiful scrapbook layout on ebay

Hello,
I remembered the earlier thread about the scrapbook layout that sold on ebay for $760. The seller has another layout listed and it's not as good as the first one but it is still, WOW!!!

http://cgi.ebay.com/EASTER-BUNNIES-P...QQcmdZViewItem

I thought that some people would like to watch this auction to see how much she will get for this one. I think it will be at least $300.

I wonder how long these pages take her to create. She said the tree was hand drawn and shaded...I am in awe of her talent. I will be great to see how much this one sells for.

Hokey Dinah! She does make some beautiful layouts. I wonder how much this one will go for. She is sure making a killing at these layouts!

My favorite of the two is the last one that sold for $700+. Can you imagine how heavy your scrapbook would get with all her pages in it, before you put pictures in it.
Don't get me wrong, these are lovely layouts, & now I'm wishing I had the money to spend on them.

Go to Ebay and put this number 280095986606 in the search field and it will show you the one that went for $700+.

If you go to her feedback, you can see the previous auction and see the pages.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the pages she did and I SO wish I could make ones like that! If I had the $$ I would be tempted to buy them from her (but they normally run $350 and up - and they will prolly go for more from now on b/c they're getting so much attention!)

Personally I think she deserves every penny - her pages are pure art - simple as that.

WOW! She is amazing. I'm thinking of the thread from yesterday that said there are lots of people who don't consider stampers and scrappers artists. I would dare anyone to say this lady isn't an artist! She has incredible talent. I can't imaging the time it must take her to create each of those amazing pages.

Wowzers! If you go to her "about me" page, it has pictures of all of the layouts that she has done and listed on ebay.

Wow, the pages are amazing! I enjoyed looking over the details of the Bunny page but my favorite thing was the slide out mat for an additional photo and when you look at it up close, I think that our little tab punch would be the perfect thing to use for making a similar one!

Today is my day to figure out what I'm doing at a WS on Thursday (which will have some CM SB'ing gals in attendance!) and I am thinking that the simple little page I was visualizing is going to need a pull out mat like that for an additional photo!

I agree that her pages are works of art. That said, I would not want to use them in a scrapbook. They are SO busy that you wouldn't even see the pictures on them - it would almost defeat the purpose of scrapbooking, IMHO.

I agree with chattiekathie, they're very beautiful, but when scrapping, the pictures should stand out and be the art. Just my opinion. She is very talented.

Her work is amazing and she's very nice. She posts on the message boards at www.cricut.com and answers everyone's questions.

The only problem that I have with her work is that I have photos WORTHY of such a layout.

it's interesting to see how much people are willing to pay. then again, i'd be terrified to actually use the layout for anything. it's too pretty to even write on.

I like this one better than the one she got $760 for. It is not as busy. No, this would not go in a scrapbook, this would be framed and on a wall as far as I am concerned. Makes me want to get into scrapbooking.

My guess would be some famous, rich, movie star or someone with more money than we can even dream of would spend such an amount on those pages. I'm sure it's for Donald Trumps baby Barron, or someone of that nature!!! Hahaha. Gotta put some guessing into it all!!

Default scrap pages on Ebay

What kind of paper does she use for the fuzzy bunny thing? Is it card stock that is distressed in some way to make it fluffy and fuzzy?

I saw her last one and it was gorgeous as this one is. I would love to know how long it actually took her to create this. It boggles my mind. I wouldn't have the patience (or talent) I'm sure LOL!

I was looking at the bunnies and wondered if they were made with Stampendous Fun Flock or fuzzy specialty mulberry kind of paper...mmm....I'm really curious about these bunnies.

Anyway, there's no doubting the talent of this woman!

Wow, beautiful pages they are. No doubt about it. This lady's work is just wonderful. I love those bunnies!

However, I just can't believe 2 pieces of paper sold for $760!! That is just so outrageous that I wouldn't have believed it unless I saw it for myself. Even though I viewed the completed auction, I can't help but think that there could possibly be something fraudulent about it. I dunno, guess it's the doubter side of me coming out on this. It's just too incredulous.
