Default Angel Policy Stamp Question

I know if you want to sell your hand-stamped creations that use Stampin' Up! products, you have to have one of their copyright stamps on the back of the cards....my question is whether or not you have to use the image that goes along with that stamp or if you can just use a marker on the "copyright Stampin' Up!" line under the image and stamp that on the back.

I appreciate any help!

That's exactly what I do. I don't see why omitting the image would be a problem.

I've been wondering how that would work. SO, it's ok for you to sell cards you make as long as there is a Stamin' UP Copy right stamp on the back of it? For some reason I thought that you couldn't sell them at all.

My demo told me that I didn't have to use the image, but I HAD to have the Stampin up copyright info as a minimum.

You sure can sell them! Just remember that you can only sell them in locations that are not permanent (such as stores, botiques, online, etc). For Craft show sales and also person to person sale you definitely can - and it's a great way to support your habit And the copyright must be on the back of the card/item.

There are very few companies where you cannot sell handstamped items at all. Many have restrictions in regards to where and including copyright information - and some to how many of the same layout.. And many are becoming full Angel Policy companies where there are no restrictions on places they can be sold or how the images are used (stamping for businesses) and no need for copyrights as long as they are handstamped.
