I want to give praise where it's due. I placed an order Thursday morning and rec'd my order in this morning's mail(Saturday). They are in Seattle and I am in Indiana. I don't think it gets much better than that. My order was complete and lots of sale items!!

I was lucky enough to visit their shop a couple of weeks ago and they were so friendly and helpful. There were a couple of stamps I didn't see out and asked them and they knew exactly which one I was talking about and got it for me right away. I had a limited amount of time in their shop but it is better than a candy store. I plan on also placing an online order very soon for more stuff.
A Muse customer service is AMAZING! I order online from them all the time and have a great experience every time. Heidi, in there CS department, is so fabulous!! I love everything A Muse!
I buy most of my A Muse stamps at my LSS (I know, so very lucky to have Ink About It and all of the local instructors), but I've placed a few orders for harder to find items. I've always been pleasantly surprised at how fast the team fills the orders and gets them in the mail.
And the store *is* a little slice of heaven. I haven't been to the new location, but I'm working on it. If only my husband's company had a brewery in Washington...
