Hero Arts Order Issue

Has anyone here had problems ordering from Hero Arts? I placed an order 9 days ago and it still hasn't shipped. I realize there was a holiday in there but they seem to be very slow.

I placed an order on Wednesday and it shipped today. Did you notice if the items you ordered were in stock?

They all said available but when I emailed to ask why my order was still sitting around after 9 days, they said one of my items was out of stock. Then a day later, another item got cancelled, and a day after they cancelled the entire order (they still have my money though) Yet every item I ordered still says "available" on their site. I've never had such a terrible experience.
