Default Baubles/Dew Drops

Where is the best, cheapest place to get baubles or dew drops? I can't find any in my local stores. Michaels does have some generic ones in the floral department, but they don't look as nice as ones I've seen on blogs. They have air bubbles in the middle of them.

Second question--is there even a difference between baubles and dew drops? Or is it two names for the same thing? Thanks for your help! ~Dannie

I bought some on the weekend from bargainpack.com for $4.39 a bottle, but I just took a look at their website and they've raised the price to $5.39. Not sure how their price compares to the other companies mentioned in the previous post. If you do buy some from bargainpack, you might want to ask beforehand if you will be receiving the larger size lotion bottles with the black lids or the new smaller bottles. I was told I'll be receiving the larger bottles, so there still might be some left.

It looks like a great site, but they have a lot of "wait list" items. Maybe their deal on shipping is depleting their inventory. I'll have to check back, I guess.

I ordered some from Hope Stamps Eternal this week and the shipping was very quick! They are my top choice for dew drops.

I just use Skittles from Michaels. They look the exact same on the projects. They are quite the rage right now!

From what I can tell, Skittles are acrylic and Dew Drops are glass, right?

I found some acrylic at Mikes, I don't think the quality is the same...they have a little nib on them like chipboard letters.

Both are acrylic, but the ones from Michael's are slightly larger, tend to have more air bubbles, and, of course, the nubs. The ones I found were cloudy/foggy, too--I checked every bag on the rack, in hopes of finding a good batch. But, no luck.

A sweet friend sent me a bottle of the real Dew Drops. And, they honestly seemed much nicer/better quality than the ones I examined at Michael's, but, that's JMHO. ;)

I have a lip gloss container of the clear Dew Drops. I was able to color the back of DD w/ a Shapie. The lady on ebay uses alcohol inks to die her supply.

Agree...quality makes it for me. That said...i have 2 bags from Mikes that I will try to work with.
