Default Photo Release??

I used a photo of someone else's kid on one of my scrapbook pages for the AA Contest. The only form I can find that pertains to photos is for the release of artwork/photography which basically says I took the photo and SU can use it but it has nothing to do with the subjects in the photo.

Of coarse I waited until last night to fill out the paper work when DS is closed. Has anyone submitted a photo release form or doesn't it exsist?

I think you would have to come up with your own release agreement with the parents of the kid. Probably a quick yahoo search would produce a standardized form that you could ask them to sign. Definitely make sure you have their permission!

Yes, you need a release signed by the parent.
