Default Rock and Roll Technique?

I saw some really nice cards in the gallery done with the "Rock and Roll" technique but couldn't find directions for it? Can someone please point me the right way? Thanks!

It's really easy....first ink your stamp with your light color of ink, then "rock and roll" the edges of your stamp around on a darker color of ink. Then, you just stamp it! Does that make sense at all?
