AJ Scrapbook Essentials Kudos
I recently ordered 3 stamp sets from AJ Scrapbook Essentials. When they arrived, one of them was not what I had ordered. So I called them to let them know what had happened and they were very apologetic about the error. I was told to keep the set that was a mistake and they would send out the one that I had originally ordered. I did receive my stamp set with a note once again apologizing for the mishap. I have ordered from AJ Scrapbook Essentials in the past and this was the first time that there was mistake with the order. It is always a pleasure to report an excellent response to an order mistake, a positive shout out to AJ Scrapbook Essentials and their customer service!
