looks like spring stamp set will it be in the new su catalogue?
I am totally in love with su looks like spring Stamp set. Does anyone know if it will be in the new SU Catalogue? I thought I read some where that none of the mini catalogue stamp sets will be in new idea book and catalogue. Is this true?
I am a demo, and they told us that no sets in the mini catalogs will be included in the new catalog. They are hoping this will encourage everyone to buy the sets now instead of waiting.

Shari, That's not exactly true. They said no SAB sets will be in the next IB&C, and FEWER sets from the minis will be include in the IB&C.
Some of the sets from the mini's will be in the catalog, just not as many as in the past.... I believe is what Stampin Up! has said. I'm leaning towards yes for the Looks Like Spring set because some of the stamps coordinate with the three flower punch, but only a guess

I would guess yes also, just because of the coordinating punch and papers. If you really, really love it, you should get it, though. Lots of people have been bitten by the "it will be in the catalog" bug only to miss out on a set they love.
I can't imagine that SU! would spend the money to create a stamp set, punch and papers that coordinate for a promotion that lasts only 3 months! It'll be here awhile, JMHO!

thats what i thought too...
but i still ordered it because i was just to scared to miss out on that set
. . . until one sees the prices that these coming truly Limited Edition sets will now go for on the secondary market come July 1 . . .
Paisley Print now goes for upwards of $50/60 for a stamp that originally only cost $16.95.
I had "Old Fashioned Stove", and finally sold it a year or so ago for $5. After the deal was done, the buyer said "Do you realize you could have sold this on Ebay for $50+????? I've been searching in vain for a long time for this particular stamp . . . many would have paid far more than $5 for it and I couldn't believe that's all you were asking for it!"
And, I replied to her that yes, I did indeed know it would have gone for a lot more. She prolly turned around and sold that stove on the Bay! LOL!
Mebbe I should put my Paisley Print up on the block . . . ;)

Stranger things have happened! LOL! ;)
There were sets they axed that stunned me and others they kept that stunned me.
I used to try to speculate, but finally quit.
Nevertheless, it's *always* interesting to see what will be on that list! ;)
