Default Additional Stamping Websites???

Hi Ladies, first let me clarify that I absolutely LOVE this website. I was just wondering if any of you visit any other stamping websites for card/craft ideas and if so which ones. I have several stampin up stamp sets but also have a HUGE variety of other stamps that I have purchased at Michaels, Joanns and other stores and was just looking for ADDITIONAL card making ideas that may use those stamps. I hope I haven't offended anyone, just looking to justify why I purchase soooooooo many stamps

No need to apologize! I can totally relate. I would like to find more sites like THIS one, if only because sometimes SCS goes down and I'm left hyperventilating til it comes back, lol!

Have you tried www.gingerstamp.com? She has a list of rubber stamping links a mile long. It would take you days to visit all of them, even briefly. There's also a nice, very friendly bulletin board. It just moves VERY slowly these days...there's not as much activity as there used to be.

I'm going to go check out Betsy's gingerstamp site, but here's one I go to a lot and have on my favorites: http://www.nuttnhoney.net/GreatTutorials.html Surprise, surprise, though, that a lot of them are Beate's! LOL

Before I discovered Splitcoaststampers, I had collected a number of other links:

http://learn2stamp.com/home.shtml has basic info and lots of tutorials

I learned a lot from this site when I first started:
http://www.rubberstampsclub.com/rubberstampingtips.html

Two peas in a bucket has lots of resources, both stamping and scrapping: http://www.twopeasinabucket.com/

and this site has a tutorial index too:
http://ephesian25stamps.homestead.co...rialindex.html

Not affiliated with any of them, just sharing some of the stuff I came across while surfing and searching as a beginner! :-) Nowadays, I spend my time here, still learning!

Default "other" sites

Here is another suggestion in addition to the ones mentioned above (gingerstamp is good - but I LOVE LOVE LOVE SCS) -
I recently received my annual snail-mail notice from Heirloom Productions about an upcoming rubber stamp festival in Rockford IL - if you go to their website, they list their exhibitors with website links.
WOW - It will take me some time to go through each of them. One that I did go to is called "some assembly required" - what beautiful items - is anyone familiar with SAR?

Anyway, try www.heirloompro.com then click on Exhibitors Links
Have fun

I've seen SAR stuff for years. It's really cool stuff, but way, way, WAY more work than I'd ever be interested in, lol!

These other sites, do they have forums as well, or are they all galleries and tutorials? I know I've had Nuttonhoney in my favorites forever and a day, but there's no discussion forum there is there?

Another one of the places I visit frequently is www.eurekastamps.com
They do have a forum & a demo/gallery area - they have recently totally revamped their site, so some areas still have glitches. Their forum is not nearly as busy as SCS, but then again, Eureka's is fairly new.

I have not had a chance to check out all the ones listed on Heirloom Productions site, so don't know how many of them have forums.
