Default 50's theme favors/centerpiece help please

Hello everyone, I don't get to post often, mostly lurk I do need some help if you don't mind. I have a friend who has asked me to help her decorate a table for a 50's themed event. We are going to do a soda shop type centerpiece - a jukebox (made of posterboard) with a hamburger and malt around it, music notes on the table etc. I really need and idea for some favors for each place settting. Any ideas to add to the centerpiece and for the favors is greatly appreciated!!! TIA

There are still stores that sell old fashioned candy - like Cracker Barrel - you could get some slo-pokes, or those chalky-disc type candies (what are they called?) - and wrap curling ribbon around 2-3 pieces and sit them at each person's plate.

Or you could go to Goodwill and buy some old small records and create your own labels with 50's music titles on them. Use your colluzzle to cut out the circles. Each place setting would get a record - but that might seem boring now that I think of it and what would they do with it when it really plays something else.

Well, maybe these ideas can be used as a springboard to better ones....
