Default Paper & Styro foam tree

Anyone have the 'how to' on the styro foam tree shape that is covered with looped paper strips? I've search all day and all I've found is a wreath - which is cool, but I'm really wanting the tree instead.

Many thanks!

This tree I made was in Papercrafts last year. I used a glue gun instead of pins. Some details on my blog...
