Default Gramma's ledger

My Aunt just gave me my Grandmother's ledger (1958-1980). It is the coolest coolest thing. On the left hand page she wrote highlights of three months and on the right household expenses. I had such a good time flipping through the book and chatting with my Aunts and parents about the entries.

I want to scan and print so I can scrap it. What type of paper do you think will be best? I don't think I need card stock, I want it to look like I ripped it out of the book and stuck it on the page.

Wow how cool is that. The first thought that came into my mind was mount it on black card stock. All the old books that were done are on black. Or you could scan and then have the pages made into book form at Kinko and have them make a plan cover and back and then you could do them however you wanted to. Good luck let us know how it comes out. What a treasure for you and your family.

What about some antique looking parchment paper?

I want something that doesn't compete with the image. I do like the idea of mounting it on black.
