Here's mine for this weeks challenge. Using an all white background was more difficult than I thought.

Default Great challenge

I did two this afternoon. Nearly all white....

Ivory Ivy is really pale green ivy on an ivory brick wall. I love the brick embossing template. The bricks are raised, yet sometimes on the 'puter screen they look indented. eeek an optical illusion.

Winter Wreath is not going to get many views. In the thumbnail gallery you can't even see the wreath -- white on cream. And I wish I had not made the bow gold. Oh well, live and learn.

Here's mine. At least my first one. I use so much colored cardstock, I think this will be a good exercise for me.

Ok, I made a card and couldn't decide just how to do the ribbon. Bow or knot?

I have a few cards that fit this challenge in my gallery already:

Smile birthday card (This is one of the first cards I ever made, about 3 years ago, so don't laugh too hard!)

hello flower border (another one of my early cards)

Petal Prints sympathy card (super quick & easy)

cracked glass sand dollar (I don't really care for this one)

I'm hoping to do more this weekend.

Here are my cards...the first one is loosely cased from the SU IBC for the Fun Filled Stamp Set...there are NO layers at all on this card. The second one, I combined with yesterdays challenge for using a sticker... so I'm not sure if it actually qualifies for this challenge or not...if not, I will remove it from here. TFL

Talking There really IS a wreath...

I just HAD to make one more card with my twiggy wreath stamp. This time I used color instead of white on white. Now you can actually see the wreath... LOL.

Well, I've never tried this challenge before and I have to say I found it a bit difficult. Im a big layers girl and I had a hard time just keeping this card white Here it is: //www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=253495&cat=500&ppuser=6764

Thanks for looking and for posting this very challenging challenge!

I needed a sympathy card, unfortunatley, so I decided to use the challenge. I justed my green chalk finger applicant without adding any more chalk. Then I used a gum eraser to remove even some more of the tint as I wanted subtle. I added the wired ribbon but had to twist it before tying so it wouldn't hide the sentiment.

It's been a busy day but I found time to get one done this evening. I really like the simplicity of this style and the great way it can show off the textured cardstocks. Great examples!

This is a card that I did, oh, about a month ago and thought I'd share as it matches this challenge so well!

No layers what so-ever card

I started with a piece of cream card stock and the colors that you see have been carefully masked and sponged into place. It took me three tries to get the masking right the line you see that looks like another layer of card stock, is actually just drawn in to make it "look" like another layer.

Thanks for looking!

One more and then I quit for the night. I'm pooped. Love this challenge.

Dry embossing w/dry embossed butterfly

I've always liked dry embossing and it really looks elegant white on white. Take a look and see what I came up with. Totally simple design.

I know it isn't quite the idea since I matted it, but I have such a hard time making mostly white cards...you gals sure have made lots of wonderful samples! (maybe next time I'll case)
