LSC222 Plenty of Patterns (5/29/09)
Dig out your patterned papers!!
For this LSC challenge, you may ONLY use the following:
**½ sheet of plain cardstock for your card base—no other plain papers…NONE. Not even for mats.
**Plenty of patterned paper, decorative paper, flocked paper, glitterized paper, shiny paper, etc.
**No coloring supplies…no copics, pencils, markers, crayons, etc.
**Please keep embellishments simple.
This just might be a great challenge for paper piecing, stamping solid stamps on patterned backgrounds and probably a few great ideas from YOU!
Sweet Cupcake Example
Keyword: LSC222

Hmmm, sounds interesting. Just got home my son's baseball game and maybe I'll play. Kinda tired though. Thanks for the challenge.

Ok, I kinda cheated and already had made a card that would fit for this challenge. Just never uploaded it since it was my very first card. I hope it works because I am so tired and my poor back is hurting from score keeping with the baseball game.
Here is my card.

This was a tough challenge because:
1. Had to think and think;
2. Had to get into one of my 5 drawers of designer paper I've been hoarding; and
3. Had to cut it up and actually use it!
Now, why do we hoard? Anyway, here's my
Designer Paper Only

Fifth Avenue Patterns
I stayed up last night to post this card and it's missing this morning, so I'll link it again. The site did go down for a while last night, so maybe a little technical trouble. Here's my card, which was fun to create once I stopped freaking out about no coloring, sponging or embellishments!
