LSC135 - Halloween Makeover
I love Halloween stamps. But even though they are fun to use, I feel funny giving Halloween cards out to people unless I know they're a Halloween fanatic. So, I try to find other uses for these stamps.
This week, we're going to use Halloween stamps for non-Halloween cards. Use a completely different sentiment... Examples: birthday, get well, miss you, etc.
Keyword: LSC135
Stamps: Halloween images, non-Halloween sentiments, + any backgrounds
Paper & Ink: any
Embellishments: Self-regulate - Go simple on the embellishments.
SAMPLE - A Little Stressed?
If you are new to the challenges, please feel free to do this one or ANY of the challenges at any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to see who can do one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the challenges are simply to provide inspiration and to get us stamping!
Need help linking a card? Follow these instructions!
1. Open 2 windows. One window for your card and one for this thread.
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Got to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.
Your done!

Ok......................here's my take on the challenge. I only have one Halloween stamp set and I also challenged myself to use a color I dont think I have ever used, GLORIOUS GREEN!
I wont be giving this card to anyone, maybe on April 1st?

All Dressed Up
It was fun to use a traditional/holiday stamp for a non traditional card. Here is mine.

Well I could not sleep so I decided to do the challenge early. What a fun challenge. I just bought the sentiment stamp yesterday with my 40% coupon at Michael's and I felt it would work perfectly with this Hallowwen stamp. Thanks for Looking~
