Limited Supply Challenge 23
TGIF! It's Friday and time for another LIMITED SUPPLY CHALLENGE!! I�m your guest hostess for this week! Remember what it was like before you had a whole room full of stamping supplies? Let's see what everyone can come up with from this list. Remember that you can use any combination of things on this list, but you cannot use anything not listed below. When you upload your card to the gallery please put LSC23 in the keyword section and post a link to this thread so we can all go look. Everyone is welcome to play -even if you've never done a challenge before...please join us!!!
Inspiration for this challenge: When I first attended a Stampin Up! show, I thought I would only use the products in my scrapbook. I bought wheels and an alphabet set along with ink cartirdges and a spectrum pad. That's it! A couple of years later, a co-worker talked me into joining a group. Once I started making cards, I needed to purchase image stamps. I had a limited budget, so I tried to buy sets that had a sentiment in it already. I bought inks one at a time and some colored pencils and a blender pen. I wish I had this site back then so I had better ideas about what to do with everything! The Supplies Stamps: One wheel One image set (with or without a sentiment included) Optional: Alphabet set Cardstock: Choose up to 3 (including the neutral) Ink: Ink cartidge choice + up to 2 colors in ink pads Accessories: ribbons, hemp, brads, paper clips and other household items, colored pencils, blender pen Techniques: any that don't require extra tools not commonly found in the home Here's mine: http://gallery.splitcoaststampers.co...21&limit=last1 If you can't upload to the gallery you can still play at home. I only have 2 wheels, so this really is a limited challenge for me. I'm gonna have to put on my thinkin cap. Maybe coffee will help.

Great idea Jen! Thanks for hosting. I have a ton of wheels, so this would be a great challenge because I haven't been using them much lately. First I have to comeplete a big swap and prep for a technique class I'm teaching. If I get all that done then I can play!

Here is my entry for the limited supply challenge. What fun this was. It makes you really stop and think when you have all the "goodies" taken away and you have to come up with creativity with just a few things. What a great challenge to make us think of what we need to do to help beginners get started when we introduce them to this wonderful craft. Thanks for such a great challenge.

My first LSC challenge...
Currently pending...This is the only wheel I have. Not too happy with the card however glad I'm finally able to use the cartridge.

I actually forgot to look at this challenge until today (Sunday). Don't know where the mind was but I got a card done today.
I got this wheel for a dollar last summer when Michael's had a clearance; can't beat that price! The piano was on clearance at Joann's and I used a coupon on the message. I love cheap stamps! Here's my card |
