Default No Bake Cookie Recipe??

Anyone have a good one, with peanut butter, chocolate, and oatmeal?? Please share! I looked online and there are tons THANKS

My sister makes these all the time. You boil butter, peanut butter, sugar and vanilla add the oatmeal.....they are good. I'll try to get it for you.

Default No Bake Cookies

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup margarine
1/3 cup cocoa

Combine and boil 1 minute
Remove from heat

Add:
3 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tps vanilla

Drop by spoonful on wax paper, let cool and enjoy!

Here is my favorite version:

* Exported from MasterCook *

No Bake Cookies
Servings: 24

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup half and half
1/2 cup butter

Put all ingredients into a 3qt pot on medium heat and stir until it starts to boil. Boil for two minutes, stirring during the first minute only. Then add:

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup chunky peanut butter

Stir until peanut butter is melted. Then add:

1 cup quick cooking oats
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut flakes

Stir until well blended. Let set in pot while you put wax paper on a baking sheet. Use a 2T cookie scoop and drop onto wax paper. Put in refrigerator until set.

Per Serving: 164 Calories; 7g Fat; 3g Protein; 24g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 12mg Cholesterol; 63mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1/2 Grain(Starch); 0 Lean Meat; 0 Fruit; 0 Non-Fat Milk; 1 1/2 Fat; 1 Other Carbohydrates.

Don't let them cool server them with icecream. They are completely sinful. Also, make sure you can take a nap right after. Otherwise you will go into a sugar coma anyway.

No Bake Cookies

2 Cups of Sugar
1/2 Cup milk
1 Stick Butter
1/2 Cup plain or chunky Peanut Butter
4 Tbs. Cocoa
3 Cups of Oats
1 tsp. Vanilla

Boil: Sugar, Milk, Butter & Cocoa for 1 1/2 min. (Start timing when mixture come to full boil)
Remove from heat.
Add: Peanut Butter, Oats, and Vanilla.
Beat until Blended
Drop by tsp. nto waxed paper to set and cool

This was the way my mom made them.
I have also had them in bars Just spread the stuff onto a waxed cookie sheet and cool in the fridge.
The cut them and EAT Them!

Oooooooooooh, we used to always make these, but without the peanut butter. They're my dad's faves, and I bet he'd love them even more with pb!

Thank you for posting these! I was craving something sweet and since my oven isn't working, I needed a no bake option! I made the sauce part in the microwave, I'll let you know how it turns out! They are cooling right now! Thanks again!
