Default Need some great recipes for tomorrow

My husband's company is having a bbq tomorrow and I want to bring a couple of SUPER great things.... they can be anything.... appetizers or desserts, anything.... I found a recipe online where you take jumbo shrimp and butterfly them and place slices of jalepenos and cheddar cheese inside, wrap them up with a slice of bacon and grill for a few minutes until the shrip and bacon is cooked... that sounded great, but I just know that someone here has something else for me to try too! Thanks!

here is a dessert that is really good first you take graham crackers and line the bottom of a 9x13 pan then in a bowl mix up 2 boxes of french vanilla pudding following directtions on box. mix in a tub of cool whip mix well. layer half of the pudding on top of the graham crackers. layer another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding. then add the remaining pudding top with graham crackers. then take a container of chocolate frosting and add a tablespoon of milk and warm so that you can pour it and spread it alot easier and frost. then refrigerate until ready to use. its so easy and yummy.

MamaK... those look awesome... I may need to do a test run on that recipe TONIGHT! Just a few questions.... is that a PC stone? how will they do after traveling... I mean, I won't be able to serve them right out of the oven... are they yummy after they have sat out for a bit? and do you have pictures of all the food you make? I mean... I have pictures of your Hambone Nightmare, and now your Pepper Paradise! Thanks for Sharing!

yep it is a PC stone...

I don't know, we like them when they are cooled about 10 minutes the best... right out of the oven they still need to "set".

LOL, I took pictures of this for something else and had them on my computer!

the hambone was my nightmare for sure! LOL!
