where do I find feature stamper?

is there a list ahead of time?
I have a hard time finding my way around at splitcoaststampers. is there an information place to read up on where to find things?

Can this badge be added to my scs signature, and if so, how do I do that? I've tried several ways but couldn't get anything but code to show up.
