This week's Featured Stamper is Mary Ellen (cr8iveme)! She has a fabulous gallery full of fun backgrounds and super cool color plays. I think you will quickly find something to inspire you like I did.
FS740 Gallery I am having trouble getting the gallery to create so make sure to link your cards down below so we don't miss them!!!
Keyword: FS740
Did you know, we have a Featured Stamper Pinterest Board?(Be sure to check it out!)
HOW DO I PLAY?:
Go to the Featured Stamper's gallery and CASE a card, following these simple CASEing Guidelines:
1. Change 2 or more things on the Featured Stamper's project. It could be a color combo, embellishments, backgrounds, or even the main image could be different -- but similar because you don't own the exact image. Please list the changes you made in your description.
2. Give credit to the original stamper and put a link to the original card in your description.
3. Fan Club members may upload today (Sunday). Non-Fan Club members are encouraged to play, but please wait until Monday to upload your creations to give our volunteer moderators a day off. This is so much appreciated.
4. Please note the following regarding Sketch Challenge cards: If you are keeping the same layout but changing most everything else on the featured stamper's card, make sure it isn't a sketch challenge card (SC###). The reason is because it is essentially is a CASE of the sketch since it isn't the Featured Stamper's original idea. Please be sure to check the keywords!
If you are new to the challenges, please feel free to do this one or ANY of the challenges at any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to see who can do one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the challenges are simply to provide inspiration and to get us stamping! But please remember...NEW uploads only!
UPLOADING DIRECTIONS:
1. Keyword FS740.
2. In the Details Section of your card, please describe the changes you have made, give credit to the Featured Stamper, and link her card. Fill in the products that you used in the blanks provided so that others can CASE your card too! Please do not link back to your personal blog.
If you are new to challenges, please feel free to this one or ANY of the challenges at any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to see who can do one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the challenges are simply to provide inspiration and to get you stamping!

I stamped a couple of times with Mary Ellen at Shoebox Swaps here in Texas almost 15 years ago and am thrilled to see her chosen as this week's Featured Stamper.
Here is the card I have created for her Featured Stamper's Gallery.
Nancy,
What a great gallery you chose! Here's my card to honor Mary Ellen. Enjoy your week, Mary Ellen!

Mary Ellen- you had me with your first card in the gallery-Somebunny Loves You switching out the bunnies for hedgehogs, but keeping the woodgrain background (mine being on my card). Added some sushi "grass" and a stitched out sentiment with a faux woodgrain curved panel from a repurposed wrapper. Stitched on my bow.- here's sending hedgehugs

Congratulations Mary Ellen on being this week's Featured Stamper. Nancy was right when she said you have a fabulous gallery full of fun backgrounds and super cool color plays. Hope you enjoy the week. Here's my card.
Congratulations Mary Ellen, love your Gallery and made note of several others that inspired me. I selected this card to CASE for the Challenge: Mahalo by cr8iveme at Splitcoaststampers
It was fun to browse Mary Ellen's gallery packed with creative cards! I chose two cards and CASEd each for my card: Sweet Hello! and Happy Birthday Sunshine!
I chose Sweet Hello for its layout and Hello theme. I chose the Happy Birthday Sunshine for its colors and sunshine theme. I kept the Hello and sunshine themes from both cards. From the Sweet Hello card, I kept the basic portrait layout and the idea of a patterned paper BG. From the HB Sunshine card, I kept the colors and the sun die-cut. I changed my card to be more multi-layered and popped my sun die-cut over the edge of the sentiment fishtail instead of under. I added a second horizontal band, sunrays for the background, and sequins.
