Welcome to the Featured Stamper challenge. Ardyth Percy-Robb, my sister challenge host is our featured artist this week. I was dumbstruck when I noticed that Ardyth had never been featured in our challenge. She is an extremely creative artist and no one can rival her skillful use of pops of color and wonderful patterns. Go snuggle up with a cup of coffee, cocoa or hot tea and enjoy your time browsing ]https://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=500&ppuser=80540]Ardyth's gallery. I can't wait to see you all come up with.
Did you know, we have a Featured Stamper Pinterest Board? (Be sure to check it out!)
HOW DO I PLAY?:
Go to the Featured Stamper's gallery and CASE a card, following these simple Casing Guidelines:
1. Change 2 or more things on the Featured Stamper's project. It could be a
color combo, embellishments, backgrounds, or even the main image could
be different -- but similar because you don't own the exact image.
Please list the changes you made in your description.
2. Give credit to the original stamper and put a link to the original card in your description.
3. Fan Club members may upload today (Sunday). Non-Fan Club members are
encouraged to play, but please wait until Monday to upload your
creations to give our volunteer moderators a day off. This is so much
appreciated.
4. Please note the following regarding Sketch
Challenge cards: If you are keeping the same layout but changing most
everything else on the featured stamper's card, make sure it isn't a
sketch challenge card (SC###). The reason is because it is essentially
is a CASE of the sketch since it isn't the Featured Stamper's original
idea. Please be sure to check the keywords!
If you are new to the
challenges, please feel free to do this one or ANY of the challenges at
any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to see who can do
one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the challenges are
simply to provide inspiration and to get us stamping! But please
remember...NEW uploads only!
UPLOADING DIRECTIONS:
1. Keyword FS781
2. In the Details Section of your card, please describe the changes you
have made, give credit to the Featured Stamper, and link her card. Fill
in the products that you used in the blanks provided so that others can
CASE your card too! Please do not link back to your personal blog.
If you are new to challenges, please feel free to do this or ANY of the
challenges at any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to
see who can do one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the

Wow, I am dumbstruck as well! Ardyth's has been one of my favorite galleries for years! She also is generous with her comments on peoples' work. Off to do some gallery-gazing.

BIG CONGRATS Ardyth!!! I was stunned to read you had never been our FS!!!! You are super talented, your videos are inspiring....you rock! So happy I had time to play. Enjoy being our Queen this week.
here is my card: Colourful Smiles
loved your gallery Ardyth! I was immediately inspired by your Merry Christmas card - with my colorful "wreath" made of pieces of a Disney World paper cup, and the center with gold giilding flakes covered with cling wrap. Added some embellishments like yours but moved the sentiment to the top left at an angle. Here's happy winter

I needed ideas for CAS Valentines cards the kids in my RE class are making for seniors tomorrow. So, about 2/3 of the cards will use these hearts in a variety of colors and sizes : )
Here's mine: Rock Out using this card by Ardyth as inspiration. I stamped my background instead of stenciling it, changed the color scheme and made it a one layer CAS card instead.
I attempted a deceptively easy looking CASE of Ardyth’s card, and, well, at least there was no blood but there was definitely sweat and very nearly tears, but I finished it! Fortunately my sister’s birthday is next week because I’m ready to get this card outta my house!
congrats on being Featured Stamper, Ardyth….your work always inspires and your creativity abounds! enjoy your week! And I hope all my whining about this card doesn’t bother you—it’s definitely ME that’s the problem here, and I hope you all got a little smile from my description of my heroic card struggle today!
